The Program Analyst at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. plays a crucial role in managing processes and tools to enhance program efficiencies. This position involves coordinating across teams to monitor timelines, budgets, and risks for large-scale programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management mechanisms and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience creating, scheduling, and maintaining program plans or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards, data modeling, and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

• Regularly coordinate with third parties and internal customers to track and communicate program status updates.
• Prepare and discuss agenda for review board meetings and document key discussion points.
• Contribute to and update project plans to support Program Managers on large programs.
• Collect, compile, monitor, and maintain budget data, identifying potential issues.
• Track the progress and execution of complex deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate schedules and task assignments for complex projects following project management practices.
• Manage and communicate changes in program timelines, priorities, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle and communicate them to the Program Manager.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data and program metrics using advanced tools.
• Maintain and update databases using advanced aspects of data management tools.
