• Experience in program analysis, operations, process improvement, project coordination, or technical program support.
• Strong interest in AI and technology, with the ability to understand and follow technical discussions.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.

• Support the development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, and timelines for internal AI project initiatives.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while identifying gaps and risks.
• Collect, review, and consolidate weekly status reports from AI technical leads.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for program documentation, schedules, communications, and presentation materials.
• Support planning, execution, and logistics for AI demos across the organization.
• Develop lightweight automation and analytics solutions that reinforce standard processes.
• Collect feedback, monitor outcomes, and iterate processes based on measured performance.
