• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of Demand Planning, Project Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, or related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
• APICS, Six Sigma, or PMP Certification is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience with designing and developing within analytical tools such as Tableau, COGNOS, or Qlik View is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience designing and developing within relevant systems such as Oracle, SAP, Demantra, or Rapid Response is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred.

• Assist in managing demand for a product to track supply performance and inventory levels.
• Track the availability and distribution of production material to meet customer demand.
• Execute supply planning efforts, including maintenance of forecasting modules and plans of record.
• Support transition away from active production, component replacements, and product availability.
• Perform basic analyses on consumption and report consumption and demand variance.
• Communicate supply and delivery issues, including supply disruptions across the supply chain.
• Gather and analyze basic data and information by region or customer from various sources.
• Collaborate with individuals inside the team to complete the team's work.
• Execute individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables following established processes.
• Adapt to moderate changes and setbacks to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
