• A bachelor's degree and approximately ten years of relevant work experience or a master's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in change management, organizational design, and HR process efficiency.
• Experience in project/program management and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop long-term client relationships and mentor staff.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.

• Lead engagements focused on HR operating models and organizational structures.
• Manage financial, risk, and quality aspects of client engagements.
