The Principal TPM role at Microsoft focuses on leading the AI Infrastructure team, which is responsible for powering AI services like Microsoft AI Foundry and CoPilot. The team aims to enhance the efficiency and reliability of GPU fleets for AI workloads at scale. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and customer insights to drive product development and adoption in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex products for developers or ML professionals.
• Strong understanding of GPUs, VM, OS and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.

• Deliver a world-class AI Infrastructure stack that will host AI Foundry Services.
• Accountable for the platform roadmap for scaling AI workloads from research to production.
• Own a product area and be responsible for understanding developer needs and defining product requirements.
• Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in collaboration with various teams.
• Define goals and performance indicators, oversee experiments, and measure success with data and research.
