Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented engineer to join the RFMS Product Development team, focusing on the bring-up, development, and validation of modem and RF mixed-signal blocks. This hands-on role emphasizes lab work, debugging, automation, and data analysis. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the end-to-end functionality of the RF transceiver chain. Candidates should have a solid understanding of mixed-signal systems and experience with modern AI-assisted tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RF and mixed-signal block architectures and measurement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with common lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Programming and scripting experience for data analysis and tool development in Python and C#.
• Experience with statistical data analysis, including designing experiments and predictive analysis.

• Post-silicon bring-up, validation, and characterization of mixed-signal and RF IP.
• Design and execute experiments to characterize performance and remove bias.
• Develop test hardware and software to support characterization and production enablement.
• Create and maintain lab automation frameworks using Python, C#, and AI-assisted tools.
• Support production IP qualification, yield analysis, and manufacturing enablement.
