• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Reliability Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor and/or component reliability, physics-of-failure, and qualification methodologies.
• 6+ years of strong working knowledge of applicable AEC standards and specifications.
• 3+ years of managerial and/or mentoring experience in developing engineers.
