Job description
The Customer Experience Program Manager role at Microsoft involves working within the Customer Advocacy and Engineering team to support customer deployments in air-gapped environments. This position focuses on driving customer success by partnering with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex technical challenges. The successful candidate will leverage their technical acumen and leadership skills to translate customer needs into actionable priorities. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- Candidates must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Dependable communication skills, verbal and written, with experience communicating to multiple stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities
- Drive and effectively manage strategic and complex projects with executive visibility across various cross-functional teams.
- Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to align project timelines and adapt plans to changing goals.
- Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, and successes.
- Manage engineering projects through Azure Dev Ops or similar tools, focusing on prioritization, planning, and risk management.
- Understand technical challenges faced by customers and provide recommendations for solving these challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of how customers use Azure to drive adoption and refine program processes based on feedback.
- Act as the Voice of Customer to share insights and partner with various Microsoft teams to improve Azure solutions.
