• High School Diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a technical field role for a product or SaaS company with enterprise customers.
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more key cloud vendors such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security technologies.
• Experience with operating Linux and configuring both RedHat and Debian based distributions.

• Act as a technical advocate for customers within Confluent, coordinating between various teams to drive technical success.
• Identify and address customer technical objections to facilitate product adoption.
• Support customers through technical lifecycle activities, including architecture planning and security design.
• Guide customers on advanced technical topics to enhance their data streaming maturity.
• Document and transfer knowledge to customers and internal teams to improve service delivery.
