The AI Enablement team is focused on empowering the Apps organization to enhance application development through AI-powered tooling. As the leader of this team, you will drive initiatives that optimize workflows and elevate engineering standards. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve development bottlenecks using AI solutions. You will also serve as an internal advocate for AI technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated AI proficiency with hands-on experience in integrating AI tools into software development workflows.
• Proven experience leading a platform engineering, developer experience, or software tooling organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong background in engineering-aware program management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a Platform Engineering Lead or Developer Experience Lead role.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and reliability engineering.

• Set direction and prioritize optimizations for the AI Enablement team.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve development and integration bottlenecks.
• Coach the team to operate with product discipline and engineering rigor.
• Evangelize AI-powered developer tooling within the organization.
• Translate developer productivity metrics into strategic narratives for leadership.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and shift engineering culture.
