As a Generative AI Engineer (AVP) at Citi, you will join the USCC Architecture and AI Engineering team, focusing on building and scaling production components of an enterprise multi-agent AI platform. You will work on various aspects of AI agent development, including product analysis and automated code implementation. • 3 to 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production software.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and complexity.
• Advanced Python skills, including async programming and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development and multi-agent frameworks.
• Practical experience with RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.

• Build and maintain production AI agents for product analysis and automated code implementation.
• Implement multi-agent workflows using the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Integrate Gemini and Anthropic Claude into agent pipelines via enterprise gateways.
• Connect agents to enterprise systems using MCP-style tool interfaces.
