The Loan Doc & Proc Intmd Assoc Ayst is a developing professional role focused on managing loan documentation and supporting various tasks in the loan process. This position requires a solid understanding of industry standards and practices, as well as analytical thinking and communication skills. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure effective loan processing and documentation. The role also involves identifying risks and recommending solutions to minimize errors and enhance compliance.

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in loan documentation and processing.
• Basic knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools used in the loan process.
• Demonstrated understanding of loan processes, procedures, products, and services.
• Ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Loan IQ experience is preferred.

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to various tasks related to the loan process.
• Independently process and close loans within a complex loan operations environment.
• Deal with most loan-related problems independently and resolve complex issues.
• Apply judgment when interpreting data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management.
• Design and analyze complex reports related to loan documentation processes.
• Participate in and support the implementation of projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Interpret data and make recommendations for new products/services and upgraded platforms.
• Minimize risk to the bank by understanding procedural requirements and providing solutions.
• Timely escalate and resolve all inquiries and issues related to loan documentation.
• Provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members.
