The Equity Finance Technology team at Citi is looking for a developer to work on the Post Trade platform in Tampa. This role involves collaborating with technologists across different locations and delivering technical solutions. Candidates should have strong expertise in Java and experience in agile delivery. The position focuses on engineering capabilities for the trading platform and requires problem-solving skills to address complex business processes.

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Exposure to AI solutions to accelerate development
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Flexibility to work with a global team, across geographies and time zones

• Engineer the capabilities for the Trading platform as per the book of work
• Conduct code reviews of development performed by others
• Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
• Provide expertise in area and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
