• Track record of leading software projects as a tech lead while mentoring senior-level software engineers.
• Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI coding tools to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with message-driven and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with caching strategies and in-memory data technologies.
• Experience with search and indexing technologies.
• Experience with distributed data orchestration and computing systems.
• Experience with contract testing and API test automation for microservices architectures.

• Build services that enable AI agents to interpret business intent and manage financial transactions.
• Develop the transaction pipeline, sub-ledger, orchestration layer, and tool APIs.
