This position is based in Round Rock, TX, and involves working closely with end customers and deployment teams to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction. You will leverage your technical expertise to guide teams through the deployment process and resolve any issues that arise. Join a diverse and innovative team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology.

  • Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, GPU systems, or clustered infrastructure
  • Experience with Linux, BIOS/UEFI, BMC management, drivers, firmware, and system diagnostics
  • Strong project-management and customer communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical FAE, working directly with end customers and deployment teams from planning through operational handover
  • Coordinate site readiness, equipment availability, installation schedules, and requirements for power, cooling, networking, and system configuration
  • Guide deployment teams through installation, system bring-up, integration, and validation to meet customer acceptance criteria
  • Drive deployment issue resolution and address partner concerns across customer, OEM, and NVIDIA teams
  • Maintain deployment documentation and improve procedures based on lessons learned

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
