The Senior Process Automation Engineer will join an agile delivery squad at Fidelity, focusing on designing, building, testing, and delivering automation and low-code solutions for Stock Plan Services operations. This role requires expertise in robotic process automation, data analytics, and low-code application development. The engineer will work with modern automation platforms to simplify complex operational processes while collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams. The position emphasizes delivering resilient, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Informatics, or a similar analytical field.
• 5+ years of overall experience in financial services or technology.
• 5 years of hands-on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development experience on Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in RPA Programming scripting with Object Oriented Coding languages like Python, C#, and Java.
• Hands-on expertise in Blue Prism Surface Automation and Backend Automation.
• 3+ years of experience with data extraction and manipulation tools, preferably Alteryx.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted automation concepts is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Certifications in Blue Prism, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power Platform are preferred.

• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable intelligent automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance end-to-end automation solutions spanning RPA and low-code applications.
• Build and maintain data and analytics automation workflows using Alteryx.
• Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows utilizing Dataverse.
• Participate in the adoption of AI-assisted automation capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership within the agile squad.
• Collaborate closely with business partners and IT teams to deploy and maintain automation solutions.
• Support existing automation assets within established controls and compliance requirements.
• Establish and maintain deployment checklists, technical documentation, and user documentation.
