Job description
The Apple Store Online Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning, and managing the launch of Apple products and programs globally. This role advocates for the customer and represents the Apple Store Online voice across various partner teams. The Program Manager will ensure an exceptional customer experience by aligning people, processes, and technologies. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives.
- Strong influencing skills to coordinate members from a broad cross-functional team.
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels of a highly matrixed organization.
- English business proficiency.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen.
- Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data-driven insights.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage strategic Online priorities through product launch.
- Drive the program-level closed-loop process for better efficiencies and improvements.
- Own and manage the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams and timelines.
- Ensure smooth operations of all execution workstreams.
- Manage leadership and partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Analyze and track new and emerging risks.
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation and contingency plans.
