The role is for a Software Development Engineer within the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, focusing on developing innovative technology solutions for modern contact centers. The team is dedicated to solving complex engineering and algorithmic challenges while maintaining a strong customer focus. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across the organization
• Develop scalable and resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus
