Job description

The Senior UX Researcher for Retail Ads Consumer at Google will join a multi-disciplinary UX team to gather insights and create industry-leading products. This role focuses on understanding user needs and driving impact throughout the product development process. The researcher will conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to explore shopping journeys and ad product experiences. The position requires collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in an applied research setting.
  • Experience with research methods such as usability studies and interviews.
  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience conducting UX research with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
