• Proven programming proficiency in modern C/C++ including performance optimization.
• Experience with embedded software on DSP and Arm architectures.

• Design, implement, and optimize real-time embedded modem software across protocol layers and drivers.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery including requirements, architecture, implementation, and testing.
• Pioneer AI-native development practices and integrate AI coding agents into daily workflows.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted tooling for code review and automated crash/log triage.
