The TAD Intern role at BCG Platinion focuses on helping clients navigate complex business and technology challenges. Interns will work closely with clients and BCG teams to develop practical solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This position requires a blend of consulting and technology expertise, emphasizing collaboration and adaptability in ambiguous situations. Interns will gain exposure to a variety of technology topics and have the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation efforts.

• Undergrad or Master’s degree in a relevant field, graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Experience or interest in professional consulting or relevant experience solving business and technology problems.
• Interest in a client-facing consulting career at the intersection of business and technology.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new topics and contribute across various technology consulting engagements.

• Work with clients and BCG teams to break down ambiguous business and technology problems.
• Orchestrate technical delivery across business stakeholders and technology ecosystems.
• Diagnose current-state technology and develop future-state IT architecture.
• Deliver data and digital platforms using Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps that align with clients’ business outcomes.
• Communicate the differences and benefits among multiple cloud computing providers.
• Collaborate across TAD and other BCG Platinion chapters as needed.
