The Senior Vice President of Certificate and PKI Technologies at Goldman Sachs will lead the global strategy, engineering, deployment, and operations of the enterprise Public Key Infrastructure and cryptographic services. This role is essential for securing the organization's digital identity across various environments, including multi-cloud and IoT. The SVP will manage a team of security engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and robust trust services. The position requires a strategic leader with a strong emphasis on automation and lifecycle management.

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and information technology.
• At least 8+ years of dedicated leadership experience in PKI, cryptography, and data protection.
• Deep understanding of asymmetric/symmetric cryptography, TLS/SSL protocols, and HSM management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, or a related field.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or specialized cryptographic credentials.

• Define and execute the global enterprise roadmap for PKI and certificate management.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal and external Certificate Authorities.
• Drive the adoption of automated certificate lifecycle management tools and protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to cryptographic standards and industry regulations.
• Architect scalable PKI solutions for modern environments, including hybrid-cloud deployments.
• Serve as the escalation point for cryptographic vulnerabilities and certificate-related outages.
• Manage relationships with external Certificate Authorities and security vendors.
