The Business Operations Analyst at Qualcomm will support the Datacenter Business Unit by enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating planning processes. This role focuses on driving smooth execution from new product introduction to mass production and end-of-life management. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline critical business processes and provide analytical support across various operational areas. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, supply chain, program management, or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze, reconcile, and publish monthly and periodic demand forecasts.
• Manage and monitor supply-and-demand balances for Data Center products.
• Support product allocation and supply prioritization across various programs and products.
• Set up and maintain product hierarchies and planning parameters in relevant systems.
• Support NPI readiness and product lifecycle transitions.
• Perform excess and obsolete analysis by reviewing demand and supply data.
• Assist with S&OP processes and support risk/mitigation analysis.
• Support post-sale operations including warranty and RMA workflows.
• Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for operational metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support execution of business unit priorities.
