Job description
The role is focused on driving AI-native architecture patterns and practices within Microsoft's Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization. The team aims to optimize supply chain performance and ensure the availability of spare parts to meet global capacity requirements. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven supply chain strategies and foster innovation. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation, AI adoption, digital modernization, or process improvement initiatives.

- Drive the identification, prioritization, and realization of AI-native architecture patterns and practices across the Cloud and AI supply chain.
- Connect business needs to intelligent workflows and contextual intelligence to deliver measurable efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement supply chain strategies using data-driven solutions.
- Foster innovation and operational excellence through the application of advanced methodologies.
- Provide leadership in scaling AI capabilities and digital transformation initiatives in supply chain processes.
- Design and execute initiatives to optimize supply chain performance metrics and outcomes.
- Align global teams and stakeholders to streamline supply chain operations.
