• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of cyber security threats, including attack methods and adversary capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of Threat Intelligence practices and tradecraft.
• Experience working with external partners, including government agencies.

• Lead the Threats team and manage the TI and TH teams effectively.
• Set and execute the Threats strategy to align with IBM's cyber defense posture.
• Ensure timely collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence.
• Build and maintain relationships with end-users to understand their needs and priorities.
• Represent IBM in external communities and partnerships.
