The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the Network Distribution team, responsible for overseeing network-wide initiatives and projects. This role focuses on ensuring that projects are well-planned and executed to meet overall objectives while driving best practices and consistency. Collaboration with various partner groups is essential for success. The position also provides direct support to Region Heads and Network Distribution Project Managers.

• 8-10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years specifically in planning and project management.
• A 4-year college degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in presentation and interaction with senior executives.
• Detailed working knowledge of branch functions and banking operations.
• Demonstrated ability to execute large, complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills tailored to the audience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to influence others to gain buy-in without positional authority.

• Develop and implement methodology to track network-wide branch space availability in support of multi-year headcount growth plans.
• Lead the development of 'How We Work' guidelines for branch space.
• Refine and enhance program level reporting and tracking for all branch projects, including De Novo Builds, Relocations, Renovations, and Refresh.
• Lead the digital marketing screen replacement project, including strategy, prioritization, and interim solutions.
• Oversee American Disabilities Act (ADA) branch projects.
• Lead other network-wide initiatives as they arise, ensuring consistent prioritization and standards throughout the projects.
• Identify and drive best practices.
• Ensure timely execution of all projects with minimal changes to the original scope.
