We are looking for a Sr. Software Development Engineer to lead the development of innovative solutions in brand measurement for Amazon Ads. This role focuses on helping advertisers measure and optimize their brand-building campaigns through performance reporting and AI-driven insights. As part of the Brand Measurement team, you will define the technical strategy and collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams. • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance software systems using advanced generative AI technologies
• Develop and implement innovative machine learning algorithms to optimize advertising performance
• Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and design teams to create intelligent advertising experiences
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineering team members
• Drive strategic technical decisions for AI-powered advertising platforms
