Citi's Wholesale Credit Risk Technology organization is seeking a Test Engineering Lead to drive the quality engineering strategy for the Helios platform. This leadership role requires a blend of technical expertise and people management, focusing on transforming testing practices from manual to automated and AI-driven approaches. The successful candidate will enhance automation coverage, reduce regression cycle times, and improve defect containment. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of Citi's credit risk management ecosystem.

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software testing and development.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in software testing, test automation, and software development.
• 10+ years of experience leading global, multi-region testing teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks and approaches.
• Direct experience piloting or scaling GenAI/AI-based tooling in a software development or testing context.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Lead and mentor a global team of software testing professionals.
• Own the end-to-end test automation roadmap for the Helios platform.
• Drive automation coverage toward a target of 90% or more.
• Establish and enforce test data management and environment stability strategies.
• Serve as the primary driver for GenAI adoption within the testing lifecycle.
• Own quality KPIs and reporting cadence related to testing metrics.
• Act as a trusted partner to Development leads and other stakeholders to embed quality earlier in the SDLC.
• Manage headcount, budget, and vendor transitions for the testing organization.
