This role is part of the Engineering Operations (EngOps) team at Microsoft, focusing on driving operational excellence across the Microsoft Cloud. The team is dedicated to building scalable ML infrastructure to enhance the reliability and security of cloud systems. Candidates will leverage their technical expertise in MLOps to deliver measurable business impact while fostering collaboration across teams. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Experience building software and services on Microsoft Azure or other cloud computing platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user requirements and incorporate feedback into future designs.
• Contribute to product architecture, create proposals, own solutions, and ensure security and compliance.
• Implement code for products, services, or features with a focus on extensibility and maintainability.
• Execute project plans, break down work items, and support safe deployment of features.
• Manage live service operations and act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) on call.
• Improve developer tools, contribute to automation in production, and ensure compliance with security and privacy.
