Citi’s Internal Audit Group is seeking Summer Analysts for a 10-week internship in Tampa, Florida. This program focuses on providing development opportunities through structured training, mentoring, and real-world work experiences. Interns will engage with core businesses or global functions to ensure a sound control framework is in place. The role emphasizes growth, networking, and exposure to senior management within the Internal Audit division.

• At least a 3.3 GPA is preferred.
• Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

• Participate in a 3-day training program to gain an overview of Citi and its Internal Audit Organization.
• Work on real-world projects to add value to teams during the internship.
• Network with other interns and professionals in the Internal Audit field.
• Present accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior IA Management team at the conclusion of the program.
