Citi is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to join the AI Automation Forward Deployed Engineering team within Consumer Operations Technology. This role focuses on leading the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using modern UI technologies, particularly Angular. The engineer will drive critical initiatives, mentor junior talent, and shape architectural standards while ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Mastery of Angular (6+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern build tools.
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, lazy loading, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture and integrating APIs such as RESTful, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying UI applications on cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead UI design initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of highly responsive and scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with AI and backend teams to build intuitive user interfaces for intelligent operations solutions.
