The Software Engineer will join the Employee Experience and Productivity team within IS&T at Apple, focusing on building cutting-edge IT systems for Apple TV Studio & Production and Music operations. This role involves architecting and developing large-scale web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment and will own applications end-to-end. The position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java or Node.js, including JavaScript and Vue.js.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL or NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing microservices and APIs, including RESTful and/or GraphQL.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and cloud services like functions/Lambdas.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of containerization concepts like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with DevOps process automation using Terraform, Pulumi, or alternatives.
• Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and testing frameworks such as JUnit.
• Experience working with distributed, global teams.
• Experience with observability and monitoring systems such as Dynatrace or DataDog.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools.
