Job description
The Technical Professional role at NVIDIA focuses on managing and leading OEM technical field teams to ensure the successful execution of new products for OEM partners. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineering, project management, and sales. The main emphasis is on coordinating technical engagements, leading new product introduction (NPI) activities, and orchestrating end-to-end solution development. The role also involves addressing OEM partner concerns and providing support to maintain strong technical relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with a focus on IT management.
- 8+ years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments, and management, with at least 4+ years leading a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workflows across technical engagements, NPI efforts, and end-to-end solution development.
- Familiarity with OEM integration cycles including product qualification and launch processes.
- High-level understanding of NVIDIA’s solution suite, including GPU, networking, and software stacks relevant to data center and OEM deployments.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex deployments and customer engagements.
- Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews and build trusted technical relationships.
- Skilled in project management, setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution across multiple initiatives.
- Capable of shaping OEM engagement strategy and contributing to roadmap planning.
- Knowledgeable about NVIDIA’s hiring process and capable of leading interview panels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and prioritize the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration.
- Plan and coordinate efforts to guide teams in integrating NVIDIA technologies into platforms with OEMs.
- Lead the prioritization and sequencing of workstreams that deliver complete hardware and software solutions.
- Resolve intricate customer issues and uphold strong technical relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead technical execution for major customer deployments, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Participate in the recruitment process and lead interview panels for new team members.
- Provide input to business units and recommend procedural improvements.
- Contribute to OEM account strategy and roadmap planning.
