NVIDIA is seeking a Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team focused on GPU, networking, and software solutions. This role involves recruiting and managing a team of architects and engineers to deploy AI technologies in customer data centers. The manager will provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects while directly contributing to design and debugging efforts. The position requires collaboration with various teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Systems/Solutions/Field Engineering, Network or Data Center Engineering, or similar roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers or architects.
• System-level expertise across CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, system software, and kernel drivers.
• Experience with data center networking and infrastructure.

• Recruit and manage a team of solutions architects and engineers.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and mentor team members.
• Provide deep subject-matter expertise in advanced GPU and network systems.
• Lead complex compute/network configuration and performance debugging.
• Collect and synthesize customer-specific requirements across the portfolio.
• Partner with GPU/Network Systems Engineering, Product Management, and Sales.
