This role involves designing the next generation of fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally. The engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to create high-quality, cost-effective solutions. They will manage multiple projects from concept to design approval and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment on high-impact projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in design, innovation, research and development, manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, and statistical analysis
• Experience with automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies
• Experience with design-in-safety and process design based on Lean Principles

• Collaborate with teams to design high-quality fulfillment and distribution systems
• Own multiple engineering design projects from concept realization through design approval
• Act as the primary technical contact for suppliers during project execution
• Support the Ops Engineering team during installation and commissioning of designed systems
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits
