This role involves building data-intensive analytical products that assist brand advertisers in understanding their cross-channel advertising performance on and off Amazon. The team focuses on improving media performance through analytics and recommendations, utilizing a tech stack that includes Spark, EMR, Redshift, and more. The environment promotes autonomy and innovation, allowing team members to introduce new processes and technologies. The 3P Measurement tech team specifically enables third-party measurement providers to assess Amazon Ads campaigns.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and testing
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design, implement, test, and deploy data-intensive analytical products for advertisers
• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Spark, EMR, Redshift, S3, and Elasticsearch
• Develop and maintain JVM-based services and React UIs for analytics and recommendations
• Architect creative solutions to complex engineering problems at massive scale
• Introduce new processes and technologies to improve data infrastructure and product capabilities
• Collaborate with an engineering team to design scalable solutions for analytical challenges
