As a Senior UX Researcher at Fidelity, you will be part of the User Experience Research Team, focusing on understanding user needs to drive product development and design improvements. Your role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform business and design partners, ensuring that user insights lead to actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Content teams. The team is dedicated to enhancing user experiences and is supported by a Research Ops team for efficient project management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in UX Research or a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including 1:1 interviewing, concept testing, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and survey design.
• Knowledge of the Jobs to Be Done framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze research data and present insights succinctly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and build trust with users and stakeholders.

• Engage daily with Product, Design, and Content stakeholders to understand their priorities and key initiatives.
• Scope qualitative and quantitative research studies with stakeholders and define execution strategies.
• Execute project work in collaboration with your manager and team.
• Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to influence design decisions and improve user outcomes.
• Contribute to the UX Research community by participating in initiatives that enhance practices and processes.
