The Principal Full Stack Engineer will focus on building scalable AI capabilities for Fidelity Wealth. This role involves collaboration with various teams including business, product, architecture, data, and platform to create secure and reliable solutions. The engineer will leverage their technical expertise to enhance advisor effectiveness and improve customer experiences. A strong emphasis is placed on quality engineering practices and mentoring other engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8 plus years of software engineering experience, or a master’s degree with 6 plus years of experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns for scalable, resilient systems.
• Proven experience with at least one modern language, such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience using GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
