• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• Experience architecting, deploying, or managing large-scale cloud infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Experience managing incident response, mitigating failures, and configuring monitoring or alert systems for production environments.
• Experience building automation, internal tooling, or AI-driven solutions to replace manual operational work.

• Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap to optimize Trusted Partner Cloud operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that minimize correlated failures across isolated sovereign universes.
• Lead the technical convergence and integration of turn-up graphs to streamline new region and service deployments.
• Lead the design and adoption of AI/ML solutions to shift operations from manual intervention to policy-supervised automation.
• Partner with VPs, engineering leads, and partner operator teams to establish clear roles and align on incident response protocols.
