The engineer will be responsible for optimizing storage performance and ensuring the scalability of the GDC architecture. Additionally, the position involves mentoring team engineers and establishing robust software development processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks.
• 4 years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade file and block storage architectures.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

• Design, deliver, and architect core file, block, and advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning storage solutions.
• Define, isolate, and optimize storage performance using key tools to meet strict benchmarks.
• Build and enhance observability, monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across organizations to ensure effective scaling of the GDC architecture.
• Mentor and grow team engineers while establishing robust software development processes.
