• 3 years of experience managing operational incident response and supervising on-call rotations.
• Experience programming in C, C++, Java, Python, or Go.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, distributed team of Site Reliability Engineers and security engineers.
• Drive the technical roadmap for automated threat intelligence and tracking systems.
• Own the team's operational health and manage the on-call rotation.
• Partner with infrastructure providers and key customer stakeholders to unify security protections.
• Guide the publication of internal threat research and collaborate with intelligence partners.
