Arcadis is seeking a Design Manager to join their Water Business Line in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on leading the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects throughout the Southwest, particularly in Arizona, California, and Texas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring and developing engineers while managing multidisciplinary project teams. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on infrastructure projects that improve quality of life.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer license in Arizona.
• A California or Texas Professional Engineer license, or the ability to obtain California or Texas licensure, is desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering.

• Serve as a technical and project delivery leader for municipal water and wastewater projects throughout the Southwest.
• Provide team leadership, technical oversight, and multidisciplinary coordination from project initiation through construction.
• Lead integrated, multidisciplinary project teams using staff from Phoenix and other Arcadis offices.
• Support mentoring, resource coordination, and business development.
