The Manager role in EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services focuses on expanding the Workiva implementation and optimization team. This position involves serving as a solution architect and delivery leader, primarily addressing Financial Reporting and Governance, Risk & Compliance use cases. The ideal candidate will lead complex Workiva implementations and advise clients on transforming their reporting processes. This role combines client delivery, solution architecture, and business development responsibilities.

• 6–10 years of experience supporting Workiva implementations, architecture or optimization services.
• Experience serving as a functional lead, solution architect, project manager or implementation lead on multiple Workiva deployments.
• Deep understanding of Workiva's connected reporting architecture, including Wdesk, Wdata, Chains, reporting automation, workflow management and data governance capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation and optimization engagements across Financial Reporting and GRC solutions.
• Serve as lead solution architect for Workiva deployments, designing scalable reporting architectures and integration strategies.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into Workiva-enabled solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations between Workiva and ERP, CPM, EPM, data warehouse and source systems.
• Lead design and optimization of reporting processes supporting SEC, regulatory, management, board, investor and statutory reporting.
• Mentor and develop EY's growing Workiva implementation team.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution design, and client pursuits.
