The Emulation Team at Qualcomm is seeking an emulation support technician to ensure the quality of SoC digital hardware. This role involves working closely with architects, designers, verification engineers, and customers. The ideal candidate should be familiar with common PC components and possess the ability to read basic schematics. The position requires daily support of custom hardware configurations and troubleshooting issues.

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience, or Associate's degree and 2+ years of related work experience, or High School Diploma and 3+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiarity with common PC components such as PCIe, USB, CPU, and GPU.

• Provide daily support for custom hardware and server configurations.
• Interface with the larger SVE team to triage and resolve issues.
• Remove and replace specific hardware components as needed.
• Work from a ticket queue to address support requests.
