Arcadis is seeking a Water Wastewater Engineer/Design Manager to join their Resilience Water Team in Tampa or Orlando, Florida. This role focuses on developing sustainable solutions to address water issues, including quality, scarcity, and management. The candidate will collaborate with experienced water professionals and manage projects related to water and wastewater systems. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering impactful results.

• 4 years of experience in engineering and consulting, primarily related to the municipal water market.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Design Management experience.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.

• Lead tasks and projects for the planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater distribution and collection systems.
• Develop design and construction documents, including reports, technical memoranda, and specifications.
• Provide support in the construction administration of projects to ensure efficient management of processes.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to achieve project objectives.
• Serve as a Design Manager or Assistant Project/Design Manager on projects, overseeing critical tasks.
• Identify, track, and position for new opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
