The Senior Software Engineer role on the Agent 365 Foundation team focuses on designing and operating the compute platform for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot agent workloads. This position involves leading the technical direction of the platform, ensuring secure hosting infrastructure, and enhancing engineering practices within the team. The role requires close collaboration with Azure services and emphasizes the importance of reliability, deployment velocity, and cost efficiency. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python is preferred.
• Deep hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Microsoft stack technologies, particularly C#, .NET, and core Azure platform services.

• Lead the design, development, and operation of the platform services and APIs for containerized compute.
• Drive architecture and technical strategy for hosting on Azure Container Instances, Service Fabric, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Own components of the networking, identity, and isolation layers of the platform.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and drive mitigation of live site production incidents.
• Use telemetry, logging, and monitoring to inform decisions on reliability, performance, and infrastructure cost.
