Job description
As a VP in the Non-Financial Risk & Controls Engineering Product Management team, you will lead product strategy and execution for Legal Engineering products. You will collaborate with Legal stakeholders and Engineering teams to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions. The role involves managing the entire product lifecycle and ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives. This position offers the opportunity to innovate and work on a variety of projects across the firm.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, strategy, transformation, risk management, or technology delivery.
- Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or Corporate Governance organizations.
- Strong understanding of product management from strategy through execution.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across a portfolio of Legal Engineering applications.
- Partner with Legal stakeholders and Engineering leads to understand business priorities and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvement.
- Drive all phases of the product lifecycle, including user research, requirements definition, and solution design.
- Develop expertise in Legal processes including legal operations, litigation support, and contract management.
- Analyze user feedback and operational metrics to continuously improve products and user experience.
