Job description
The Senior Program Manager-Field Repair role at Microsoft focuses on enhancing the customer experience for hardware repair support. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics or related field AND 3+ years of experience in relevant areas.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 4+ years of experience in relevant areas.
- Demonstrated success in Program Management, Data Analysis, Detail Orientation, Communication, Problem Solving, and Decision Making.
Responsibilities
- Support the Authorized Service Provider (ASP) network by managing partner relationships.
- Connect with partners to identify and address operational or repair issues.
- Monitor repair performance through data and metrics.
- Manage financial results and alignment to expectations and goals.
- Identify opportunities to drive device sales or increase field repair volume.
- Drive initiatives to gather, identify, and prioritize key field repair program initiatives.
- Design solutions and implement projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
