The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of electrical engineering in data center environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or experience working in the electrical engineering field.
• 7+ years in data center design and product development or related product development.
• 5+ years managing teams of 40+ high performing associates with a proven track record of success and growth.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Deep understanding of electrical infrastructure in data center environments.

• Lead innovative, high-performance teams of technical associates under challenging timelines.
• Demonstrate strong engineering judgment and provide recommendations despite uncertainty.
• Apply data-driven and detail-oriented approaches to problem-solving.
• Collaborate with global electrical equipment suppliers and manufacturers on new technology development.
• Build trust and develop relationships with different stakeholders including reliability, operations, and design.
• Manage concurrent projects across multiple geographic zones.
• Communicate complex systems in clear and concise language.
• Support operations including failure mode and root cause analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Incorporate customer feedback to improve product reliability and availability.
• Contribute to the global knowledge base and drive continuous improvement at scale.
