• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in GNSS testing, positioning validation, or wireless system verification.
• Experience building and shipping ML or AI systems, in production or through significant project work.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining test benches for GNSS/A-GNSS simulation equipment.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and test automation strategy.
• Ability to drive cross-functional communications and understanding dependencies.
• Knowledge of the chipset validation lifecycle and A-GNSS protocols.

• Measure, characterize, and improve the accuracy and performance of location algorithms.
• Sustain the operational foundation of validation infrastructure.
• Own the health, configuration, and readiness of devices and test rigs.
• Design experiments and build analysis pipelines for validation campaigns.
• Debug logs to triage and root-cause issues.
• Present algorithm validation results to cross-functional audiences.
• Maintain continuous, uninterrupted test execution.
